Student Coordinator: Adam Sharrah
Adam is a senior in the College of Business with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Sports Management. He is from Sacramento, California and moved to Fort Collins to attend school. Adam has been a part of the Mentoring Program since he came to CSU, starting as a mentee, Sophomore Leader, and now Mentor Coordinator. The Mentor Leaders work primarily under the Mentor Coordinator and coach Mentors through the relationship stages that occur during a Mentor/Mentee relationship. To accomplish this, Mentor Leaders facilitate monthly group meetings of 5-7 Mentors during which they work on resolving conflicts that Mentors may be experiencing with their Mentees and check in on the overall progress of each relationship.
