Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program Leadership

Coordinators

Student Coordinators with the Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program work closely with the Program Coordinator to oversee the program’s operations and the Leadership Team, composed of the Mentor Leaders and Mentee Leaders. Student Coordinators work to facilitate and foster relationships between Mentors and Mentees through planning and execution of required retreats and end-of-semester events in addition to optional events held throughout the semester. In the fall semester, Student Coordinators further develop their leadership and teaching skills through the direction of the Mentee Seminar alongside the Program Coordinator.
